Okay this is what you need to do.

Get a very then funnel, and right before u go in to take the piss push the small end gently as deep as you can get it then add water.

Hold it go in and piss gg.

THC metabolites can remain in the body at detectable levels up to 6 weeks or more for heavy smokers. It is fat soluble and is stored in fat tissues, even if you are thin.

Now, OP claims to have not smoked for 3 weeks, and an unknown period before that. Most likely he'll pass.

To help ensure passing:

Start drinking alot of fluids. Gatoraide is better than just water, as if you drink too much water, you can die. Gatoraide has sodium to prevent this.

Eat vitamin B complex. This is to color your urine so that it does not look too "clear".

Alienboy has it. So to summarize and add one thing of my own:
Drink lots of water/gatorade
take vitamin B
Eat lots of steak - or at least have a big steak diner
piss mid-stream

You should be good.

3 weeks is on the cusp but you're only an occasional smoker - shouldn't be a problem.

OP: Don't get drunk the night before. The alcohol will dehydrate you, and if you have any small amount of THC in your body it will show up in the piss test, because of the decreased water content of your urine. You want your piss to look like Evian, not lemonade.

Wrong that it leaves the body quickly, but OP will be fine for a piss test without any additional help. 3 weeks is enough time for someone that very rarely smokes to be clean enough for any drug test.
