Personally, cashing out is the last thing I would be doing right now. You money is safe with the reputable sites- no such sites refused to refund money when the first wave of pull-outs occurred AFAIK.

That being the case, with it being so hard to send money to pokerstars, I am very glad I've got a good amount with them right now. Withdrawing it is the furthest thing from my mind.
