How do you like this sick read + sick beat?

Read on villain: dodgy.

Hero has 8h 8d (flush, eight high).
Outcome: SB wins $11.82. </font>

Best of all was the banter afterwards:
me: wp
villain: three of a kind? lucky

I normally try to stay polite at the table as it keeps me off tilt and keeps the table on my side but here I couldn't handle it:
no i was not lucky you [censored]

whoops.

In other news I musta flopped about 3 FH's in just over 100 hands today and managed to break even or something.

Also got accused of calling someone down with overcards by someone who wasn't even in the hand and couldn't bothered to check the history.

dear oh dear. anyway, was the most tilty i've been for months after that hand. Luckily did stack the guy later tho, so it's all good...

@ kazana, I've been swimming at the beach like beneath somerset, and muizenberg, and near boulder's beach with the penguins, saw a penguin that got eaten by a seal though while I was swimming there.

[/ QUOTE ]
That'd be Strand or Gordon's Bay. Haven't heard of any sharks (let alone attacks) there.

Muizenberg is a different topic, in that area of Hout Bay Great Whites are fairly common, but usually only pose a threat to surfers (one of them did kill an old lady swimming at Simons Town two years ago, though). For them they've got spotters on the mountains (they'll pass a signal if they spot any sharks).

Most people are too scared to swim in that area when they hear of the special Great White that lives in those waters. His nickname is "Submarine" because he's so big (15ft, iirc) that the Navy's underwater radars are able to pick him up. But he hasn't been involved with any incidents, though.
