Right, there is a windows media player, but it doesn't support this particular codec (I forget the name). Anyway, virtually any other format should work. If it's convenient to run the next one in a different format, that'd be great.

Hey MM. Very nice video. You clearly have a good understanding off the game.
One thing I'd suggest for you is to try to stop being so annoyed at what cards your opponents are playing. Sure, it gets on your nerves when you fold and fold and fold to wait for the right hand and then lose to some calling station who plays every hand. But you have to get over that, and just view every single hand as an isolated logical decision. You seem to be befuddled by how they "can not fold a hand". You have to try to understand their thought process, and then find a way to exploit it. You actually did mention something along those lines during the video. Basically, bluff less and value bet the smithereens out of your big hands. The biggest mistake that most TAG players make when starting out is justifying their opponents bad calls by not being able to get away from their carefully selected hands when they're obviously beat. I'm not saying you ever did that during the session, but being annoyed at your opponent leads to bad decisions and very often you'll trap yourself into calling or making frustration pushes when you shouldn't. Another mistake is assuming that they think about the hand like you would. I'm very guilty of this myself. I've often raised preflop with KK, flop has an Ace, donkey donks out, and I raise out of frustration and because he has to put me on AK and can't call with Ace-rag. But wouldn't you know it... he calls anyways. |

I'd like to watch and comment. Any chance you could post it on Youtube or Google Video, or convert it into a quicktime or avi format? Many of these screen capture videos end up in the one WMV codec that Mac users can't use at all. [/ QUOTE ] Look for the WMV plug-in for QuickTime made by Flip4Mac: http://www.flip4mac.com/ Direct Microsoft Link: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/win...omponents.mspx One problem with this plug-in is that it does not support the MSS2 codec that some WMV videos use. Indeed, Video Lan Client doesn't always work with MSS2 either. The only really reliable player for MSS2 encoded WMVs is Windows Media Player. Fortunately, you can use different codecs when making a WMV in Camtasia. I use the default selection which appears to be WMV3 and that appears very compatiable as it works in VLC and others. Windows Media Video 9 Screen = MSS2 I believe Windows Media Video 9 = WMV3 |

I made a second video and I am now trying to get the best resolution down keeping the file size in mind. I can get a really clear video but it is 220meg. I used Camtasia. |
