The only time since I've been playing on FT that this happened was in September as well as emailing an apology with links to get the details of how they'll resolve in progress tournaments. They took care of refunds/etc within a day or two. The rules for this are on their website (you can get to this although it is slow right now). As I read it if you're not in the money you'll get your buy-in+entry fee as well as spliting the prize fund of eliminated players based on chip count. If in the money then they chop the remaing prize fund based on chip count.

this is annoying! I just pushed all in over the top of a guy when I was cutoff. So I'm either a tallstack in late or out of the MTT.

Or I guess it might not have recorded my push. in which case I might still have chips and folded..

Or the tourney is cancelled and I'll get some money or something.

Why do you have your settings to only display ten posts per page?

Even more ridiculous

Could be for hours, but just think how much money they lose every hour they're down! I'm sure they're working very hard to get back up ASAP.

I'm not sure. I waited 20 minutes and headed to bed (it was 2:00 or 2:30 AM my time). When I woke up they were up and I'd received the apology email (sent at 6:30 my time) so somewhere between 21 minutes and 4 hours.
