As for % of total offense, it's a useless stat.

[/ QUOTE ]

Why?

[/ QUOTE ]

Because it favors featured players in bad offenses and has little correlation with a player's contribution to winning football games.

[/ QUOTE ]

Since when is the Pro Bowl about teams winning football games? If that's the case why are Driver, Boldin, Bulger, etc. on the team?

[/ QUOTE ]

Way to completely misunderstand.

[/ QUOTE ]
Ya seriously.

Also Kevin Williams should be starting at NFC DT, but whatever.

I'm not sure. Who should be in instead? Stuart Schweigert? Brodney Pool?

And who over Palamalu at SS? Chris Hope? Michael Huff? Donte Whitner? Kerry Rhodes? Sean Jones? All of the above?

Yeah, if you go to the actual nfl.com site, they list starters/reserves.

Yeah, the website must have updated it after I posted them. It looks like that when I had posted it NFL.com had them in alphabetical order. Sorry about that.

Also, Henderson and Taylor are first alternates if any of the players choose not to show up. Not sure how much glory is there but, it's better than nothing.

I think that whatever Kicker gets sent to the Pro Bowl should get to bring along his holder and long snapper.

[/ QUOTE ]

I havent' read the entire thread so if this is already been mentioned, mea culpa. That said, this is an excellent point, it would be a nice way of adding a "team" aspect even though it's mostly individual.

Sympathy vote, he was spit on. What other CB from the NFC do you put in over him?
