Who do you drop?

Gore, because he's not as big of a reciving threat. All 4 of those guys are awesome, but I'm taking Westbrook first.

No f'n way, that would've been a travesty.

Only one complaint I can see right away, I would have taken TO or Colston over Boldin. Everything else looks okay.

Westbrook got [censored].

Who do you drop?

Any of them, but start with Gore. Westbrook was the best HB in the NFC this year.

[/ QUOTE ]

For some reason, leaving the leading rusher out of the pro bowl seems like a mistake to me.

/edit Anyone think DeMeco Ryans should have made it?

TO was third in fan balloting. They said on that Sportscenter show that it shows that the coaches and players did not vote for him.

If you take Housh then how do you leave off: Andre Johnson, Coles, Walker, Evans? All 4 of those guys are just as deserving as Housh if not *slightly* more deserving.

[/ QUOTE ]

Andre Johnson wasn't that great this year. He was 1095 yards, but he was targetted 152 times--7.2 Yards/Target.

Lee Evans 9.1: I think he should have been AFC WR4)
Walker 9.0

Before monday, Housh gained 8.8 yards/target, but he caught 72% of his targets, which is an exceptional rate. OTOH, he had the 3rd best QB in football, whereas Evans had an average QB.

You guys are crazy. If you want to drop someone, Tiki is the only option. Compared to all those discussed, Gore has the weakest surrounding cast by far and is still leading the NFC in rushing. He also has close to same rec yards as Tiki on fewer receptions, plus more TDs. He is option 1 and 2 on the team and is still dominating week in, week out.

Gore has 7 fumbles.

Westbrook 2, Barber 3, Jackson 3.

Gore is also the least valuable receiver:

Code:

Receiver Targets Yds/Att
RB-S.Jackson 104 6.64
RB-B.Westbrook102 6.37
RB-RB-F.Gore 77 5.74
RB-T.Barber 72 6.33

Gore is also the most valuable rusher in the NFL per your link (even better than LT):

RB-L.Tomlinson (SDO) 1626 5.19
RB-L.Johnson (KCY) 1518 4.30
RB-F.Gore (SFO) 1515 5.59
RB-T.Barber (NYG) 1440 4.83
RB-W.Parker (PIT) 1330 4.62
RB-S.Jackson (STL) 1225 4.25
RB-F.Taylor (JAX) 1189 5.19
RB-C.Taylor (MIN) 1171 4.12
RB-R.Johnson (CIN) 1150 3.81
RB-T.Jones (CHI) 1136 4.01
RB-B.Westbrook (PHI) 1102 5.17

Also, as for % of total offenses yards:

Gore 48%
Westbrook 33.2%

As I stated, Gore has the worst surrounding cast and is performing on par or better than all other RBs.

I agree Westbrook should have made it, but over Tiki not Gore.
