Bill Simmons had an awesome article on Iverson on page 2.

FWIW, Iverson is the best player I have ever seen live. Talk of him moving to the Nuggets would be insane. Melo & Iverson? Good grief, those two could average 70 between the two of them.

I just wish a trade would happen already. I'm anxious here.

Right now reports make it sound like Denver is the most likely place.. but who knows. I think I'd rather see him go to the Clippers than anywhere. They'd be a contender. As sweet as KG/AI would be, the rest of the team still sucks soooo bad that they won't amount to much.

Does Cassell have to go if AI comes in? I don't really care if he does, but I think a team is always bumped up a few cool points if Cassell is playing for them.

KC - Clippers have enough valuable pieces to mix and match, so I don't think Cassell necessarily has to go. It could just be Mobley / Maggette / draft pick or Rebraca or something.

But maybe it makes more sense to package him from Sixers need perspective, so that deal is more palatable. Livingston / Kaman / Brand are the only untouchables as reported in the press. But I waver on whether or not to include Livingston (apparently Sixers jump on a Livingston / Maggette deal).

If AI does go to LAC, Cassell is definitely going the other way.

That's what I figure.. a better way to put it is either Cassell or Livingston is going. Just doesn't make sense to have all three.

KC / TSC - yup, makes sense but who knows. I've been a supporter of Livingston staying LAC, but it's very rare when a team gets a shot at a legit superstar with a couple years left in his prime.
