So I decided I was gonna play a $10 rebuy today... 20 got paid, I got knocked out 21st.

KK < KJ.

So frustrating.

Default Run bad, move up...again

Ok , last night was fiasco, dropped 6 buyins at NL50 and move up and recover at NL100. Glad that is over, tonight's plan was to grind out 1.5k hands of NL50 and get my groove back. I played some NL25 to make sure I still knew how to play, didnt help much but push me over edge. Here is tonight's silly games. I blocked out the stats becasue I dont feel like defending them or whatever. Anywho, not really a big deal but just kind of crazy for me. Current NL50 downswing is 10 buyins.

Playing last night on a PS NL$50 table. Of course, all tables on PS are no all-in protection.

CO disconnects before he can make his flop action. Considering his re-raise range (he's not a donk), I felt compelled to check it down and let him have the pot ... because it was the "right" thing to do.

He reconnected about 4 hands (10 minutes) later.

Does checking this down break the Ferengi/Gambler code of kicking someone while they're down? How many of you would've checked this down for someone who disconnected?

Pre-flop: (7 players) Hero is UTG with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
<font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $2</font>, 2 folds, <font color="#cc0000">CO raises to $7.5</font>, 3 folds, Hero calls.

Flop: K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($15.75, 2 players)
Hero checks, CO disconnects, CO checks after 75 seconds of waiting to reconnect.

Turn: A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($15.75, 2 players)
Hero checks, CO checks after 75 seconds of waiting to reconnect.

Two people at my table tell me to bet the river.

River: 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($15.75, 2 players)
Hero checks, CO checks after 75 seconds of waiting to reconnect.

Results:
Final pot: $15.75 (CO wins with a set of Kings)

After the guy reconnects, I tell him what happened. Nothing. Not even an acknowledgement that I was typing in the chat window to him. If that's the way I'm going to be treated when doing the "right" thing, I may just kick the next person who does this to me in the nuts.

(Coincidentally, I'm down $15 from Friday and Saturday night.)

If you guys were playing HU or something ok but man just bet, he heas plenty of time to get reconnected after the flop. I bet the turn. I appreciate the sentiment and all but just bet and save everyone else the wasted time also. It's his bad luck.

kabouter,

look into the $25 pot limit games, they are the softest thing ever. and enjoy pokerroom, there are like no good players there, and even the tags are mostly retarded postflop

[/ QUOTE ]

Gonna try that tonight I guess, still down $200 from yesterday, so got some making up to do What I am wondering though is why I don't have any player points yet, I played around 1000 hands there yesterday, but still no points. Does it always take this long?

Upon further review, I'm not running bad. Rather, I have been playing like an idiot, especially in big pots. That is all.
