and...? all that is on hear is hearsay, no one has produced anything to show guilty or innocent. You are basing your jusgement simply on the info FTPdoug obtained? Or from erics posts? Either way none are conclusive enough to show "overwheming evidence". This is simply your opinion of the situation, not a fact.

No not at all full table 10/20 nl, moved up to 25/50 nl doubled up 4 or 5 times there and cashed out. Mostly with 5 or 6 people.

[/ QUOTE ]

So which is it? NL or LIMIT? Who are the 5 or 6 people who you claimed in your other post are regulars that you still see playing at FTP today?

also I won my money supposedly from Ftp regulars that I still see on this site to date.

[/ QUOTE ]

Really? Who are these regulars, what are their screen names?

[/ QUOTE ]

Again another good question. Someone could then check this out to see if they are still in action. They possibly may hold HH of the incident in question and may be willing to help. Well spotted Jan.

if I can't get my 14k back atleast I will get my deposit back.

[/ QUOTE ]

You're awfully quick to give up that 14k

[ QUOTE ]
Why would I send in my utility bill and drivers license to someone I committed a illegal act against. Now does that make any sense?

[/ QUOTE ]

If you're claiming innocence and you think there's even the remotest chance of getting that 14k, yeah, it makes sense. If you opened your account with a legimate name/address, then sending copies of this info doesn't give FTP any information they don't already have. So why not send it?

As I mentioned above, whether he actually did it or not doesn't matter anymore. He has been ruled guilty and the case is closed on Eric.

What matters is fixing the problems that have been exploited through this incident. I hope Full Tilt gets on that.

When I looked up the details of your playing time at FTP, I found exactly zero sessions at 10/20 NL, and saw that you were down overall at 25/50 NL. Obviously, lying about what stakes you played

[/ QUOTE ]

What say you to this?

[ QUOTE ]
Yes, 1st time on Ftp.

[/ QUOTE ]
The account that had a little over $13K in it, maybe. When I looked up your info I also saw that you created another account 6 days prior to creating this account, which had a very similar pattern. Creating multiple accounts usually isn't in and of itself enough to get your funds seized. It is, however, clearly against the rules of the site and is another huge warning bell.

[/ QUOTE ]

How come you never mentioned creating more than one account until Doug pointed this out. If you were truly trying to figure out why your funds had been frozen, wouldn't this have occured to you at some point over the last two months?? Seems to me if I won over 14K and then had my money taken away the next day, I would read everything on their site to try and figure out what I did wrong. I certainly would have considered that having more than one account would be an issue. Or maybe you already knew why they seized your money...

And yes I did play mostly 10/20 nl or 25/50 nl either you have the wrong account or your making stuff up as you do work for those lying theives afterall.

[/ QUOTE ]

Well, one thing we do know is that Doug didn't have the wrong account, since he knew your screen name.

[ QUOTE ]
After being slapped in the face I don't even want my money back I want to expose you guys for who you trully are.

[/ QUOTE ]

Interesting. That's what I always say when someone steals a large sum of money from me. "I don't want my money back. I just want to prove you're a thief."

I had the same situation with stars 1st time I played and won, they just emailed me nicely(didn't lock me out of my account), and told me thast I need to send them docs and sign a form stating I authorize all charges from the site. I did all they asked and they shortly dispended my money.

[/ QUOTE ]

Maybe you got away with your little sham at Stars. When's the last time your played there? How much have you won at Stars?

Why won't this POST die... Die mother-fooocker.... DIE...

I'm drawn to this like a moth to a flame... it has my brain so rattled I've made several of my own comments.

This thread exposes the reasons (CC fraud, no governing body, lack of independant financial oversight) why the US government is trying to end or at least regulate on-line gambling.
