Flop: Check/Fold
Turn: Lead if i got to see it
River: Several options here but I think Check/Call small bet is the best.

As played I like your turn and river bet. I might check / call river instead.

With a habitual button limper here, does anyone make it 150 to go and c-bet the flop?

To early, to dangerous (cause if he limps, he calls to much), or just chip spew?

I don't like that flop bet at all.

I'd either a) check/fold against typical player or b) bet pot against a tight player you think isn't likely to play Kx on the button.

I think the bet you made plays out much better on say a 2 3 8 flop.
