Default 2 pair on scary board facing overbet

Sorry don't have Hand replayer for this one.

Party 30 multi. I've got 74s in BB.. i limper, SB completes, i check. Flop is 7c 6c 4c. SB w/ about 1300 behind pushes into t200 pot. What hands do you put him on? Do you call? I have about 1900.

Blinds?

I think this is a situation where you are a tiny bit ahead or crushed. I hate calling because there are about 8,234,456,678,232 turn cards that are really bad news, and four that you like.

So you can raise to see what he's up to, or fold. If you raise and he 3-bets, you puke, because he's either on a combo-draw (and - quite correctly - not going away), or he's got a made hand.

Two pair is lovely, but not in this case.

You can't really put him on much here, due to lack of information.

The only way you're going to get that information is to raise. Otherwise fold.

Given that he just completed it could be just about anything.

As a previous poster said, there are very few turncards that you actually like, while lots of them will make you sick.

Depending on the reads, I'd be leaning toward a fold. A smallish raise probably wouldn't get him off too many drawing hands, and I don't think I'd risk my stack on this hand, unless it were very late in the tourney.

My gut would tell me I'm probably ahead, but my head would say you'll find better spots.

In my original post I stated that he pushed into the t200 pot. He's all in and I've got MP1 behind me covered. My gut told me I was behind and I dumped the hand. I smelled a set or pair with a nut flush draw... or a flush draw with a 5.

I don't normally post results but I folded. MP1 called with his AcJc and SB turned over 66 for middle set. Turn was 1 of my 2 outs.. the 7. Oh well.. i'm sure i made the correct decision.
