Default A hand against a LAG

BB was very loose and aggro. Defenately not crazy. He seemed to get a lot of good hands but also made a few big bets and most of the time he had the goods. Easy fold? Or call? What about my PF play?

Party Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $2/$4
6 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $8.50
Guido: $6.20
CO: $2.23
Button: $7.95
SB: $4.10
BB: $5.80

Pre-flop: (6 players) Guido is UTG+1 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
UTG calls, Guido raises to $14, 3 folds, BB raises to $48, UTG calls, Guido raises to $114, BB calls, UTG calls.

Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($344, 3 players)
BB is all-in $595.8, UTG folds, Guido?

Thanks,

Guido

As played very easy call. I don't quite know how laggy he was, but as played you have to call. I believe AdJd fits your description, or AdKd/AdQd (EVENTUALLY). I think he would check if he wanted to get it in with you.

But I played it like I had KK, AA or AK. Don't you think he would play QQ, KK or AA this way? Maybe even JJ?

Thank

Guido

wtf at stack sizes... neways, i think i would call this preflop (or if he's been 3 betting u aggro, put in a real 4 bet, not just a min raise). so i would call pf, call flop, prb calling turn, and river is meh, depends... 3rd barrel would be tough here, so would finding a vb.

Good one, just see that the converter messed up:

Stack sizes:
UTG: $308
Guido: $696
CO: $512
Button: $447
SB: $984
BB: $695

Can you explain why you would call?

Thanks,

Guido

I would like some more opinions about how I should play this preflop and on the flop.

Should I call or raise more preflop?

When I call, do I call an all-in bet on the flop?

When I raise to say $150, do I call an all-in bet?

Thanks,

Guido

this one's read dependent, you've certainly represented AA here, but does he think that since you have AA you're gonna call, or does he know that you know that he knows that you have AA, and since he knows that you have AA, is his push meant to knock you off?

Very read dependant, I could go either way. Who is BB?
If you choose to 4bet you should do atleast 3x to 150 or so.

reraise more pre-flop if you want to play.
make it 200 or so .
as played i cant see you beating much here at all.
would he do this with Adkd?your not that much a fav even if he would.
KK,AA,JJ all have you beat so its a fold for me unless he has been out of line like this before.
