Party Poker Monster Jackpot Refund?

Party has taken there Monster promotion off line and all the US players who have contributed to the jackpot no longer have a chance at winning that money... well maybe they just pocketed it. What was it approaching 13 million?
Anyone up for a class action lawsuit?
