I can't see this as a spot for pot control. Two villans in the hand and a very draw heavy board = bet. I would push this river.

I like a raise on the flop in this situation, if he has clubs or a overpair to the board he's coming for the ride.
I would value bet the river.

You dont get away with it as much at 3/6 but I val bet river and raise flop fo sure.
