FWIW, unless you have ambitions about being a high powered academic sort of guy, it really doesn't matter too much where you go. Your residency is a lot more important, and while there is a bit of a "legacy" halo at some programs, it's just not that big a deal. Pick out a place you'd like to live, where the students seem a bit less psychotic than the norm. And don't kill yourself midway thru your second year - it gets better in the spring.

the score is not off the charts or anything, the brag is mostly that 3 yrs of school and 4 months of studying for that test is all coming to fruition. Plus fining out how i did was such a relief, i have been rather nervous the past 8 weeks.

yea strings are always attached. This is actually a pretty solid investment from parents...100-200k or so to make sure their daughter is financially secure for the rest of her life...you don't even get that kind of guarantee from 4 years of 50k undergrad in the states. Smart parents.

congrats man. Getting into the top schools is a crap shoot no matter how qualified you are. Just so much competition. I'm sure you'll do fine just don't get your heart set on one place.
