Yes, i agree that it is the school and the politician's business, but since PA is the mod here, i will follow his wishes and not post the emails again on this forum.

Not to worry though, as the school's president, VP, etc, Assemblyman Silver, McDonald's, and the NY FBI's office have all been duly notified.

Some people have PMed me asking why i'm being such a pitbull about this (the vast majority of PMs i've received are more along the lines of "get that bastard!"), and this is my reasoning. FON has clearly made an attempt to defraud us. Even if he pays us, there are still probably hundreds of people he's done the same to who don't happen to read this forum and will never get paid because they didn't complain. My goal is to see FON pay one way or the other. You may not agree with my reasoning, and that's fine. You get paid your way, and i'll get paid my way.

cheers~

Unanswered Question: Will you be posting this information on your site so customers who do not read this forum will be aware of their payment status and that you are now requesting ID?

why do you care? Let him deal with his business as he sees fit. He doesn't have to request ID from anyone, he can choose who has to send it in and who doesn't.

go back to what you guys are good at, worrying about #1

Good news: I've received confirmation that I will, in fact, be receiving commission for September Sports Interaction leads. I expect payment within 4-6 days, which, thankfully, is right on schedule with when I expect to send payment to members.

As for Blowup Doll, do what you need to do to "exact revenge," but just know that you're making a mistake. The school officials here will understand that I've not broken any contractual agreement, nor committed fraud, and the courts will see this if you do choose to file suit. I'm assuming McDonald's could care less as their address has been removed, and Assemblyman Silver has no recourse even if he wanted to take action as he does not own exclusive rights to the name "Sheldon Silver" (imagine that), nor is there any indication that the "Sheldon Silver" in my former WHOIS information is actually the "Sheldon Silver" you immediately assumed it was.

Finally, to those of you who think I will only pay those who voice their concerns here, or those who visit here...you do realize that it is impossible for me to match each CasinoCashUnlimited.com account with its owner from here at 2+2, right? I'm sure that most don't use the same username, but this is not my concern. Any and all processing claims will be paid in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Additionally, all necessary information has been posted on the website for all members to view. Finally, you claim that I'm "adding the ID stipulation because it means he can deny anyone who doesn't cough it up," yet that clause was clearly present when you (or your wife) created your CasinoCashUnlimited.com account, thus by submitting your registration form and using the CasinoCashUnlimited.com you agreed to be subject to ID verification if necessary. I assure you no changes have been made since the posted "last modified" date, and I can only imagine that several members here have a saved copy to back up that claim.

To sum it up, let me reiterate that it is now official that all processing claims will be paid on or before the October 20th. I've been assured by legal counsel that while the definitions of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act are quite broad, I would not be in breach of the act by sending payments.

EDIT: The intended message is now shown on all member status pages, previously it was only showing up on the status page of members who have not completed an offer (not much help to them!). Thanks.

I've been watching this unfold for the past few days and I must honestly say watching this stupid kid squirm is hilarious. He is so far in over his head, but yet he tries to maintain his position with egotistical bravado. Kid, trust me, never piss off a lawyer on a personal basis, who has more resources than you.

FON, I moved two months ago and did not order an updated license, so the address is different. What do you want me to do?

Just send a scan of a utility bill... that should be good enough if I read the T&C correctly.

I'm curious as well. I believe I notified CCU of my completion on October 8th, although I actually completed the requirements a few weeks before that. My discussion with SIA led me to believe CCU had already been paid for my signup, but it's also possible that message was kind of boilerplate and not specific to my account.
