Memory Training (book recommendations please)

I just looked up this software...seems pretty reasonable and there's a 7 day demo. It's also pretty cheap (much cheaper than the Nintendo DS + game).

I know that reading, doing puzzles, playing games and cards, etc. help keep the brain sharper. I would think that a program like this could serve as a general vitamin supplement for the mind.. in the sense that vitamins fill deficient gaps in diet.

Well, the I couldn't quite get the demo to work, but I was nice enough to post a quick message on their forums about it.
