I really hate myself when I freeze in big pots (like 200BB behind or so) when I have less than the nuts. Villain is solid winner in my stats ~20/16

I should lead here and evaluate then if I get raised, right? If you bet here and get raised is that a fold then? If he just calls and river blanks do you just shove or ? |

I think turn check is fine. He may bet TT/QQ, even AhKx.
Options are now to call and lead river or c/r. I probably c/r here. AhKx may come along with 12 outs, maybe QhQx, though you lose TT. |

nothing wrong with shoving here.
leading turn again for 1k is also good line. I think you would have to call if he pushed, too. |

this decision is very very opponent specific; as a default, I would push - but that is partially because I have such a reckless image.

I don't play these stakes so I don't usually comment on these hands, but it really looks like AhAx or JJ to me with that turn bet.

this is a bet he could be making with any middle pp with a heart. You checked the turn showing weakness, he could very well be attempting to steal thinking he has outs. Unless this guy is sneaky and is playing AA strangely I think you're ahead. Of course JJ is a possiblity but a vague one IMO. Of course I dont play these limits so....

[/ QUOTE ] So all of you are suggesting that I should play with my stack here? I think that if I check-raise AI here he will fold all hands that I beat and instacall when im beat. I doubt he would call with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q or A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]x. |

I doubt he would call with QQ or Ax. [/ QUOTE ] I think those hands most likely would've checked behind on turn anyway, but if they did bet, would've bet bigger. |
