Sophomore year in college, I went on a pretty severe (relatively) drought of spending money. For literally two months, no alcoholic beverage passed my lips except for Milwaukee's Best Light Ice - the Beast... Ice. I can honest-to-god remember exactly what a Natty tasted like at the end of that streak.

This is why I love cheap vodka. Maybe a decent bottle of whiskey as a treat. If I'm drinking beer it has to be better than that stuff. But if it is all I have I will drink it.
