You should definitely tell him. There is no chance they haven't had the conversation about past sex and obviously she lied to him about it.

and according to you this is important to him and it matters alot. well, too freakin bad for her this is your pal you're talking about. Would he want you to tell him? hell yes he would and so would you if he knew something about your fiance's past that would devastate you.

It's no different than the standard " should I tell my friend his wife is cheating"? It's a lie going on and you should tell your friend.

It doesn't matter that it is about sex, it matters that this is a LIE about her past that would devastate him. It could be about anything but the lie not cool.

It could be that she voted republican, or that she went to harvard and not yale, or that she used to be vegetarian. If these things are so important to him and part of what he wants from a woman, it's not fair to him that she has lied to him and if you know about it you should tell him . He may decide he loves her enough to accept her but he should know.
