does this make any kind of a difference in the T+C's in placing the bet and getting the refund?

It's currently -4.5 and -110, meaning you can still wager $1100 to win $1000, so the promotion is still valid. And I confirmed that in live chat yesterday, when the line moved.

You will get the standard casino bonus no matter which route you go. But you need to choose between an $90 kickback affiliate and rakeback. I've only seen one site offering rakeback for Mansion.

The person who asked about Mansion in the Affiliate thread I answered his question. I have answered as many questions as I can about this to people who are nervous about having $1100 + tied up on this.

Sky Sports shows NFL on Sunday evenings, but it's too far out for me to know if they're going to show this Thursday game (my listings don't go that far).

If you're in London, Sports Cafe on Haymarket shows a lot of stuff like this, though I'm not sure if they can get it if it's not on Sky or NASN.
