Well I would rather see the event than just hear the commentating so if I need to miss the 2+2 posting somehow I will live with it.

Plus I am not about to go and purchase Sirius due to one event.

Agreed. Watching it is the key. Maybe there could be 2 thread - one for all people watching ESPN and one for people just listening - assuming there is a time delay for the video.

I just ordered the television ppv. i hope they actually have multiple cameras going/showed on the telecast and no just one overhead view with commentary or something like that...

For various reasons, sirius and ESPN are not options for me.

What, exactly, is gutshot offering? Live audio or video?

Their website isn't exactly transparent to me. Maybe it's because they're no offering anything more than text updates.

Why not Gutshot? we are providing live virtual table coverage and text updates from the Rio. I know we had a few problems last year..unfortunatley 200,000 simulatnoius downloads crashed the servers and they never really recovered..We have vastly improved our service this year with a brand new flash based front end that is much more robust.

But if you feel that way then so be it. Sorry you feel like that.

For Sirius it is on ch125 from 2pm PST 5pm EST

Gutshot, today:

Which station on Sirius is it on? Also, do you think I can listen to it on Sirius online? much thanks. It's on Thursday starting in the morning, right?

[/ QUOTE ]

No, you can not get ch. 125 online for some reason. I think Negreanu, Hellmuth, and some others are doing the commentary on Sirius (not sure if it's for the whole time or not).

From the ESPN site, it looks like the online and TV price is the same. Can someone confirm this?
