His hand looks lot like As/K's/Q's, so like the turn play (bet/call).

He played 1pair pretty aggro 200 BB's deep. He likely thought you had K's but I'm surprised he wasn't scared of Q's.

I doubt I'd check the turn with 2 pair. His turn push kinda sucks...
