Default A9o donked on the flop

Villain (SB) is uber-loose, and loves to donk flops with all manner of draws or weak pairs. My image is kinda bad since he keeps sucking out on me.

I raised the flop to get it heads-up. Since I had 2 overcards to 2 of the board cards and a BD flush draw, I figured that I either have the best hand now or am drawing to the best pair.

Which street are you concerned about? Everything is as it should be.

The River is a bitch card but given he could be playing any low PP, a J (going for a Turn CR then changed his mind), 4 or 85s, 75s etc. you win enough times to justify the River call.

My guess you win here 20%, maybe more. Someone can do the math if they like but, I think it is certain to be more than the 11% you need.

are you taking a freecard on turn if you miss and folding the river?

No, I'll make a free showdown bet on a non-heart turn. This guy constantly donks all manner of weak draws, and my hand is probably best.

I don't like the flop raise. Too often he will have a Jack or some other dominating hand like A6, A4 leaving you with 3 outs or less. The number of flushdraws he could be betting are also greatly reduced since you have the A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. And CO will often have a better hand also and he won't fold a J to your raise. 9:1 is just not enough IMO. With AK-AQ it would be much better to raise because you would have a lot more outs on average.

So fold the flop.

And call the river.
