I just know I didnt have a problems two years ago using large Bellagio chips at the Rio, that was the only place I played any big games at - I think due to WSOP it would be hard for Rio to turn away large bellagio chips, so maybe i just got lucky

I have used them in other casinos before but those were 1+ years ago so im not gonna count those
