gotten about 44 hours in so far, which is under the target of 120 hours...but... its mostly because i'm en fuego, and also have spent a lot of time doing non-poker things. which is good.
+$27,282, running at a nice consistent 9.3 ptbb/100 at 3/6. So, I'm well ahead of pace for my primary goal. (6-tabling at big winrate > 5-tabling at moderate winrate) Other goals: - take shots at 5/10? hasnt happened yet. - work on play in reraised pots? has happened a lot. I think its getting better. - bluff less often? definitely has improved lately, and is probably a big reason for the increased winrate. - practice changing gears? i tried to play 30/22 LAG once... it didnt work. so, we'll stick with TAG for now and gradually open it up. |

Negatives:
-Played many more donkaments than 1/week. Definetely down over a thousand in them. -For some reason thought it'd be cool to play 5/10 PLHE, not a good idea. Positives: -Have averaged 1727 h/day, above my goal of 1500 hands. -Have weathered a massive downswing, and playing very well. Neutrals: -BB is only 2.54, well below goal of 5; However, it's my first month at 2/4NL, lots of learning to do. |

[/ QUOTE ] I'm finding that people are calling down lighter and calling preflop raises more liberally than at 1/2. Also I have a very very good image with all the regulars, time to sit back and exploit it. |

[ QUOTE ] bluff less often? [/ QUOTE ] I need to work on this. 2/4 is full of freaking calling stations. [/ QUOTE ] Man, 3/6 is way worse. I was able to bluff pretty successfully in 2/4 against weak-tight players, but at 3/6 theyre calling me down light. So... I just value-fakebluff more now. Its great!
