God, I just reread the action and stacks sizes in first example. I think a call is easily +EV here, but I probably don't have the guts.

I'm glad you won but I don't think that's a good call if the previous had (that you posted) was the only evidence for his dumbness. There are different kinds of dumbness, and him making daft calls with poor hands doesn't tell you much about what he does with monsters. With the small amount of dead money, that is not a good risk against a donk IMO unless you have more on how he tends to play (which you may well have done I guess).

First - how did he get back up to 750 after only having 200 when you crippled him on the KJ? I think that would play into it. If he got felted and re-bought for 1,000 and was beat around a little more before this hand - it makes it easier to call since he's probably on tilt.

If he doubled up twice since your last encounter, he may either be playing a rush... or may not want to risk his stack AGAIN, especially against you, who has already shown a tight-aggressive style with the same betting pattern.

I would most likely junk it and bide my time to take his stack later on. No reason to risk it in my opinion. If he shows QQ or JJ and you don't catch you'd be kicking yourself for handng chips to such a bad player.
