Id hardly call $35 'betting out'.

I was going to raise, but at the time I remembered the flop min raise and thought possible flush draw or set, and then his weak bets on turn and river seemed like I should raise but a ton of guys at the 200s have been value betting real small with full houses and flushes like this.
