Maybe it's just a finnish thing then, over here women more or less stop working out, wearing nice clothes and using makeup when they're about 30 or so. Definately next to impossible to find a 40 year old who'd give a damn about her looks. Got to be something to do with the finnish definition of equality between sexes, most women think that they have to look and act manly to be treated as professionals in their jobs, which of course is absolute bs.

Thankfully, our 3 neighbours, Sweden, Russia and Estonia provide the most beautiful women in the world.

And Al, you're kind of making a lot of assumptions, insofar as that an older woman who takes care of herself can still have a great body, skin, etc. I mean, an 8.5 in the 40+ group might be like... an 8.2 in the 18-24 crowd. Or maybe not. The types of women are so different across those ages that I don't even think you can apply a scale like that.
