Why do people dislike AJ? I don't know much about him.

AJ is so universally hated it's comical. He's like the sports version of Scott Stapp. You almost have to respect how much work it must take to get to that point.

Just saw some post-game interviews. AJ doesn't think he did anything wrong and says he was walking to pick up his helmet which was behind Barrett. Both of them confirm that AJ said nothing to Barrett to intice it all. Barrett is crediting AJ for a great play and says that he just let his emotions take control of him. He says he will respect and is willing to accept any consequences that ensue.

That's just a cheap shot [/ QUOTE ] The cheapest of the cheap sucker punchs. AJ ran over Barrett cleanly and won the battle of home plate. Barrett being a pussy went for the sucker punch because he got owned feebly trying to block the plate. |

[ QUOTE ] For those ofus who missed it, the video [/ QUOTE ] That's just a cheap shot. [/ QUOTE ] I wouldn't expect any less from a Cub. I was ready to let bygones be bygones and not hate the Cubs anymore, but I guess not. |
