I have played previously few hundred hands at ultimatebet, and frankly some underage with wrong info.

I got this far and realized you probably deserved to lose your money, and stopped reading.

You are really stupid. How do you tie your shoes in the morning?

[/ QUOTE ]

I don't, I wear sandals.

Oh yea, how's your plan to change your personality to be more like Jack Bauer going? Does he also spend lots of time on the internet insulting people? I must have missed that episode.

Tough one. I feel bad for this thread, because I predict you will have to deal with lots of stupid responses concerning the fact you used to play underage.

To me it looks like the answers the CS rep originally gave you were just kinda auto generated, like she really wasnt reading or understanding your question/concern.

Hopefully it works out for you, its only been a couple days so maybe it will. Id stay on their asses tho, keep us updated.

You should change your post title to:
"Ultimate Bet is in the process of potentially stealing $21000 from me"

As for the AA hand Vs. the AT - that sounds really awesome! How big was the guy's stack you
took on that 1 hand?
Talk about a beat!

Somebody not worth modeling yourself after. Unless you're a suggestable 17 year old douchebag, that is.

I don't think it's premature and I think it's good you'r posting this.

They shouldn't lock up accounts with no information at all. The least they could do is to send an email explaining the situation and how long it may take, and that you have nothing to worry about if your conscience is clean.

It's good that you'r spreading the word that their customer service is this poor. It should fall back on them.

Black winter, if I have 4 accounts with different birthdays they will figure it out soon. Then i'm screwed, based on previous experiences I know, it's best to be honest.

[/ QUOTE ]
So isn't this exactly what happened? You admitted to multiple accounts, some with fake info, and now you are screwed? Sounds like you set yourself up for this.

Very premature.

They locked your account on 5/16 because of some investigation and they want to check out what's going on.
Today is 5/19.

It's been less than 3 days dude. Relax.

They've been slow. But other sites have done slower.

Keep trying to e-mail them and ask why they aren't responding.

I wouldn't be happy if I had $21k locked up either. but I think you are over-reacting by saying they 'stole' it.
Hopefully everything works out fine.

[/ QUOTE ]

This is why I would never again play at a site that does not have phone support.

To OP: Its not time to panic yet.

Basicly I forgot the info every time, because I never used them to play. So I just opened a new account, I think I have actually played with only 1 account before this.

[/ QUOTE ]

Did you play with all of them using real money? I know at a few sites I had play money accounts first and then opened new accounts for real money, and there was no problem (UB was one of these sites).
