Me and Villain have been playing for several hours now. He's very loose pre-flop and on the flop, but overall very passive and a habitual underbettor with everything . A 3xBB raise usually means a drawing hand of some sort. I'm playing a fairly TAG game (the pre-flop re-raise was completely out of the ordinary), but overall running somewhat cold.

I'd say usually this means you are drawing dead.

It's best not to bloat the pot here until you make your hand. The board paired and since you can't decicpher what villain holds, just call with that's great odds he's offering.

Quote: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'd say usually this means you are drawing dead. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- he's very loose pre-flop and on the flop, but overall very passive and a habitual underbettor with everything [/ QUOTE ] yeah, which is why bet/3-bet pre-flop and on the flop are completely out of character. On the turn I was split between calling given the odds and, like Yeti said, wondering if the odds are at all relevant at that point. Kirk |

Just call flop 100%. Very good chance you are drawing dead now. I would probably fold, which sucks at that price.

he gave you a fantastic flop price on the nutfd, so this is a bad time to get fancy. he simply doesn't get adequate info on your range with the 30 bet, so take him up on it.
as played, fold when he blocks on the paired turn unless he's crazy lag, you got his number, and AA/99 are only a very tiny percentage of his range. peace |

Just get it in on the flop if you raising him.
If not, call. |
