Libel wouldn't even be the cause of action for a "banning." How the heck is it? Its just no longer allowing them to participate in a private, commercial forum. Much like the owner of a restaurant can ban you from their restauarant for any reason they want (Well, not race, but thats another story), Mason could ban someone from posting on his site for any reason he chooses.

Edit: I'm guessing there's something I'm missing here, this have something to do with astroglide leaving? I don't follow every thread.
