Default If you had to stake 1 player in the 2006 WSOP ME who would it be?

Who would you want YOUR money riding on?

Raymer is very good but he did get really lucky the first day with the deck hitting him straight in the face.

Default Do yourself a favor

Stop watching the TV broadcasts. You aren't handling them well.

Maybe this will help a little. How many repeat winners were there 15 years ago? 25 years ago?

How many have one more than 2 main event bracelets?

Sorry guys, but until they start showing you every hand on TV, you will have no real clue as to whether we were lucky or unlucky, or played great or terrible. What you see on TV is such a smidgeon of what really happened, it is almost irrelevant. It is only good for entertainment value, NOT for instruction.

Later, Greg Raymer (FossilMan)

True but I would go with consistency. So either Raymer, Harrington or Hellmuth.
