Default Official Blather about ZeeJustin Till The End of Time Thread

For what its worth, I don't know Zee, and have never met him. Further, he's been a complete jerk to me in the responses he's made to my posts over time. Just less than a month ago he called me "delusional" for critisizing his AIM chat with Strassa during games. Having said all of that, I think that the punishments that Party and this forum are throwing at him are way too harsh. Yes he's a cocky young guy whose made a mistake, but I don't believe that we should allow all of his hard work in this game go down the toilet because of his violation. He has screwed up, but I believe that he deserves a second chance. Any of the guys on this forum could be misunderstood for their poker dealings in the future and would appreciate the same second chance if the situation arose. The only way that Zee gets a second chance is if the poker community decides to police itself, come up with a fair punishment, and mass email party and stars about our decisions. Taking 100K off this kid isn't right. Perhaps they ban all accounts except for the main one and strip him of a few things, but completely ruining him is too harsh. He's young and dumb, and we all know how stupid we were at that age. Its by the grace of God alone that most of us are even breathing.

Mercy is needed,

Indy

If it were up to me, ZeeJustin would never be allowed to use a computer again.

Think about what you are saying and put yourself in this guy's shoes. Its not like he cheated his way to wealth in this game. He's made that $$ via hard work and doesn't deserve to be stripped of his livlihood for his youthful indecision.

dude, he won those two tourneys for over 200K+ total, not to mention he was an affiliate and a winning 215$ SnG player before all of this.

no way he's been stripped of his livelihood, lol.

get a clue.

Why begrudge his success? I smell jealousy all over this forum. Look inside yourself and ask how you would feel if you were Zee. Yes, he's messed up but he worked hard to build his reputation and obviously did not realized how major his violation was or he wouldn't have done it.

The dude dropped out of college to lead a lonely life and make a lot of $. I don't envy him. I was impressed by his poker skill until now.

he wasnt stripped of his livelihood, he had plenty of $ on top of what they took. on top of that, you're saying he should STILL BE ALLOWED TO PLAY THERE? are you nuts?

Boy, thats a load of stress off my back. Here I thought that it was likely that when a person gets caught doing something wrong, it generally means he did a lot of other stuff wrong first before he was finally caught. Glad to know that you know for a fact that all of Zee's money was earned legitimately, and the only times he has ever cheated were the times he was caught.

OK, this is just too much fun...

You’ve stressed before that the punishment should fit the crime, when you join an online site you sign off on their terms and condition, that have lots of fine print.

Even if it does not specifically spell a case like this out I’m sure the generic unviseral clause of “You are screwed and we are not” often written as “all decisions of company X are final” So get over it….

stripped of his livlihood for his youthful indecision

Let me cry a river..
Better yet let me give him his living back.
Get to Vegas and find a game, if you’ve got the goods money is flowing like a river.

I’ll keep my day job…..
