OT: First Annual STTF Bowl-O-Rama WSOP Kickoff Party

It feels like it's about time for another STTF party.

With the WSOP around the corner I thought it would be fun to have a WSOP kickoff party. The Red Rock Casino just opened their new bowling alley complete with private VIP lanesuites.

On Wednesday June 6th I will host a cocktail party at my house followed by a VIP party at Red Rock Lanes for all you bowling ballas. I'm not going to book it until I have an interest list, so post here if you are interested. Here are the tentative details:

When: Irie Cocktail Party 6pm on 6/6 followed by bowl-o-rama at 9pm

Where: My house, then Red Rock lanes

Who: The first 24 people that sign up and ship a deposit. If I know you, you are automatically invited. If I've never met you, you will have to convince me that you are cool. If you are cool and there is space left, you can come. I will give priority reservations to those that I already know. There will be an alternate list of people who can come to the party, but can only bowl if a reserved spot is left open due to somebody still being alive in the WSOP event for the day ($2K NLHE).

How Much: The cost for VIP lane rentals, food, and strippers will run about $200 a head. There will be an additional bar tab at the end of the night. You will need to ship $100 to reserve your spot. I will refund your $100 obviously if you miss the party because you are still alive in the $2K tournament that day.

Use the search function and type in irie's name. You will find many of the all time great STTF posts. The search function is your friend.

I'd love to do this but I'm pretty sure I'm going to be too busy with my day job in June, dammit. I love bowling, food, cocktails and strippers - not necessarily in that order. Maybe I'll see if I can take a short trip out there.
