Default 2/4, QQ against pre cap and checked to on A high flop

MP1 is 47.5/3.1/0.77 over 160 hands. No read on MP2.

MP1 checks, MP2 checks, Hero checks.

QQ doesn´t feel too good when MP2 caps it preflop and the flop comes A high. However, they both check to me... I´m thinking that MP2 has a pp Q:s or higher (unless his another moron but I have no proof of that at this moment). He´s either slowplaying aces or has kings or (less likely) queens and got scared of the A. Even if I have MP2 beat, I still have to worry about MP1 having an A. So I decide to check behind them and intend to call a bet on the turn and maybe one on the river depending on how things go down (i.e. on who does the betting, if both are still in). But now I´m thinking it would be better to bet the flop, folding to a raise, and check behind on the turn intending to call a bet on the river? Some other line perhaps?

I like the check. KK-JJ is probably check/calling down if you bet and TT or AA is itching to Check Raise you. Yes people love to FPS when they flop top set. Take a free card.

I don't like calling bets on both the turn and the river. If villain bets both street your toast. He may bet the turn with a hand like KK-99 or KQs, but he'd have trouble betting the river if you call.

If this is indeed the case, bet-folding is looking pretty good.

Additionally, MP2's line looks like a pretty decent line for JJ-KK to find out whether hero has an ace. Gotta put that one in the repertoire.

I keep going back and forth on this, but I think I lean more towards checking the flop....I think you're behind more often than not here. Kinda tricky without a read on MP2...You might get him off JJ, but that's about it. Plus MP1 might just call all the way with Ax.

You're probably behind, and I think your suspicions about AA are good.

However, MP2 could be one of those guys who likes to show up at a table and try to buy a few pots before leaving. (The flop check doesn't seem so consistent with that, but maybe MP2 decided the ace must've hit you and this isn't the right hand to try to buy with his K5o.)

I don't really know what you should do, actually. I think maybe a flop bet followed by a quick fold if you get played back at at all would be good. That is, even if you don't get checkraised, if you get led into on the turn, maybe it's time to give up.

Edit: If you're not checkraised on the flop, you probably won't be led into on the turn. But I wouldn't bet the turn myself. Your idea of calling the river after a turn check-through seems okay to me, although I'm not optimistic about your chances of winning.

I wouldn't give the poster's raise too much credit. You 3-bet, they've checked the Ace to you. I think you have a prefect opportunity to get it over with fast. Bet and fold to a c/r. If they call play on.

I wouldn't give up the driver's seat this quickly. If AA, KK, or TT is out you'll find out about it. I'd rather know early.
