Default Implied Odds Dilemma

I apologize if this subject has been discussed extensively already. I am currently opening for a raise with pocket pair from any position at 6 max. If i make it 4BB and get reraised at this level i assume at least AK but probably QQ+ with no read. With no solid read against an apparently tight player with 100 BBs is it profitable to call for set oop? in position? how bout 150BBs?

If the bet is 5% or less of the effective stack sizes, call, if it's 10% or more fold.

5% of effective stacks = easy call

10%+ easy fold

Ill occasionally call mroe than this when i know exactly what cards my opponent has.
