Default Last one, another weirdish one

I think PF is wrong. I noticed the blinds were tight but forgot about the two loosies behind me. They're the same ones from the QJs river bluff hand. Both were still uber loose over a few more hands, upper 60s VP$IPs. Unfortunately I haven't been observant enough to get a handle on their postflop tendencies.

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (5 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
Hero raises, MP calls, Button calls, 2 folds.

Flop: (7.33 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero checks, MP checks, Button checks.

Turn: (3.66 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero checks, MP bets, Button folds, Hero calls.

River: (5.66 BB) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 6.66 BB

I suppose if he's going to bet again on the river after you check, he doesn't have something like T9, but has a Q, K or A in his hand (or a flush), and it's safe to fold.

Also, these loosies seem pretty passive, which makes the fold pretty easy.

But yeah, best not to raise this UTG. Is this a call UTG in a loose game?

i raise this utg a fair amount 5 handed but probably not with people that caliber of loose behind me.

i would fold the turn, your outs could be very tainted because very possible holdings for a loose passive would be QJ KJ KQ. the pot is small and even if your straight outs are clean i don't see it being worth the bb.

not to mention hearts possibly suck for you now.

For some reason I didn't notice a king would put 4 to a straight on board and I'd split with a jack, also probably didn't think enough about ROI when he occasionally hits, or already has a boat when I hit. I agree the turn looks like a fold.

Anyone like a limp PF?

I thought of that, but it kind of looks like trips, doesn't it? Why does this guy have to have a gutshot to go with that? (I suppose it could be an strangely flop-checked ace or a slowplay instead.)

That said, I don't mind a turn fold. You have implied odds and RIO working against each other (in what proportions, I don't know), and the decision seems close to me.

he doesn't have to have a gutshot, but the fact is that these are very possible holdings. the fold doesn't seem close at all to me, you're getting less than stellar odds even if all your outs were clean.

If your outs are clean, you have the immediate odds to call. Well, barely, and I guess maybe not once we take rake into account, but it is close. And it's not like Villain is going to fold trips or whatever else he has on the river, so if our outs are clean, we have some implied odds too.
