Default AK and QQ preflop with ~100 BB stacks

these hands to me become troublesome when facing 3 and 4bet shoves and non shoves. they are too good to just dump as the standard play, yet they are not good enough to just shove in blindly like AA/KK. over the past week (since starting 200) i have folded both AK and QQ hu and felt i was correct. however, i have also gotten both in while being in pretty bad shape.

i was wondering how you guys approach these hands (with 100BB stacks)....what do you look for? how often can you release? how often do you call and reevaluate....what do you find is the best approach to use in general etc...

Depends on the villain obv.

Against nits i'm not too thrilled to get in with these hands.

Against lagtards though, i'm usually aiming to get ai.
