Default Playing scared w/ AA

OK villains are unknown, basically I just dont want to get put to some nasty decision by a possible semi-bluff or run into a set so I kinda played passive. Good idea or should I have been more direct and bet/folded?

I feel like raising flop is bad because im behind/flipping with so many hands and my hand is fairly transparent. I feel like a bet on the river is bad because he knows what i have and will only call with better. Perhaps bet the turn? But I dunno..

turn bet may be slim, but i thin you can bet it with confidence planning on not calling a river bet.

i would make my decision on the flop based on the villan reads here, and whether i think jamming the flop will chase them away. if they do continue after the flop then im giving up unless i can bluff a club (more believeable if you have bet the flop)

Standard.
There is no value betting for you on the river since he puts you on a big pair.
