Hand from a friend of mine:
Early in the pokerroom multi table online tourney. This is the third hand in the whole tourney. In the first Hand I noticed that the player on my right(MP3 in this hand) was a pure maniac. Poker Room skin No Limit Holdem Tournament Blinds: t10/t20 9 players Converter Stack sizes: UTG: t1500 UTG+1: t1500 MP1: t1500 MP2: t1500 MP3: t3010 CO: t1470 Hero: t1470 SB: t1480 BB: t1570 Pre-flop: (9 players) Hero is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2 folds, MP1 calls t20, MP2 folds, MP3 calls t20, CO folds, Hero raises to t100, SB folds, BB raises to t180, MP1 folds, MP3 calls t160, Hero calls t80. I'm not sure what the Big Blind meant when he raised so little preflop. He could have had a monster, but on the other hand the check on the flop indicated weakness. Flop: 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (t570, 3 players) BB checks, MP3 checks, Hero bets t300, BB calls t300, MP3 calls t300. When both players called my flop bet, I thought that Big Blind could be trapping or having not much and MP3 could have anything KT,KJ or so. Turn: 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (t1470, 3 players) BB bets t200, MP3 calls t200, Hero? Now the Big blind leads on the turn and I'm amazed a bit. My guess now is that big blind has got something maybe AQ, but he would have lead the flop right? As MP3 calls before me, should I raise? |
