PR 5+0.5 MTT, KQ on the turn

Early in the pokerroom multi table online tourney. This is the third hand in the whole tourney.
In the first Hand I noticed that the player on my right(MP3 in this hand) was a pure maniac.

I'm not sure what the Big Blind meant when he
raised so little preflop. He could have had a monster, but on the other hand the check on the flop indicated weakness.

When both players called my flop bet, I thought that Big Blind could be trapping or having not much and
MP3 could have anything KT,KJ or so.

Now the Big blind leads on the turn and I'm amazed a bit. My guess now is that big blind has got something maybe AQ, but he would have lead the flop right?

As MP3 calls before me, should I raise?
