e wallets

neteller, Instant eChecks, ePassporte, and Click2Pay. have never used any of them yet, but it seems to use a lot of sites you have to cash out with them.

can anyone recommend them? which is the best? do any charge you to use them? (i'm guessing the answer is probably yes)
