Default 400NL, anyone bet this riveR?

villian is 40/30, I'm new to the table and probably only know him from datamining. My pfr was a screw up, I'm playing 4 tables of, 400 and 600NL.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (5 handed) internettexasholdem.com

SB ($617.85)
BB ($598.14)
UTG ($371)
MP ($317.22)
Hero ($613.90)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $2.
2 folds, Hero raises to $22, SB (poster) calls $20, 1 fold.

Flop: ($48) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $28, SB calls $28.

Turn: ($104) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $68, SB calls $68.

River: ($240) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero ???

Don't see a whole lot of purpose. I'd like to see him make three-street calldowns with worse than top pair before I try to valubet top pair on the river against him.

Check. His range is probably something like JT-AJ, and [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]s. Not enough of his range gives you value.

Both of your bets are a little on the small side. Was there a reason for that?

I think this is a clear check without a strong read. I'm guessing you bet smallish on the flop and turn to compensate for your accidentally large flop raise? Not that it changes the hand any.

Get the AHK betpot man.

I think your bets are on the small side here especially flop. I check the river pretty much every time. I dont think something like KJ is going to fold here. If there's any chance that I could get cr'd here (with bluff/better hand) I really can't bet. Your hand just isn't good enough to witshstand a c/r, and a lot of the times he could call and you lose.

Other than that it looks good.
