I'd most likely check-call. check-fold is too weak opposite an oppo who hasn't shown much strength at all.

I don't like betting the river because by checking preflop and check-raising the flop, oppo is quite likely to read us for a small pair. But since this is exactly what we have, I don't want to risk putting more money OOP in when we could easily have been outdrawn.
