When I play poker I play percentages. And the percentages tell me that you are being used by her. Sorry to burst your bubble but your situation is FAR-FROM-UNIQUE. Many men have been in your position as the wanna-be-boyfriend to a woman that enjoys the attention so she strings you along while screwing other men.
You just don't want to face facts. Be a man. Stop calling her and find a girlfriend. If she really does care she will call you. If she does call, tell her you want to date her exclusively (this is a test to see where you stand). If she says yes, more power to you my friend. If she gives you a long bull**** speech how your really "special" blah-blah (aka NO!).....then it is time to tell her if you can't date, then it would be best not to see each other for a while (translation: NEVER initiate a call to her. If she never calls you, then you know where you stood all along).
I'm suspect I'm at least 15 years older than you and I have seen this situation hundreds of times. This is why I can speak confidently on this situation based on the few facts you provided. This is a VERY common situation..... I speak from experience.
The average woman can pummel a man twice her size emotional 10 times over. Many men lack the skills to protect themselves and you are one of these men. Stop calling her and get a real girlfriend. From my experience if you want a woman to be your GF, then sleep with her as soon as you can. My success rate in doing this is about 95% so again I speak from experience...
