1) if you overstuff sandwiches as i often do, a well-placed toothpick can mean the difference between the perfect sandwich and catastrophy.
2) a dill pickle spear is your best friend. the key is keeping the excess brine from creeping across the plate to your sandwich. i suggest a wall of goldfish crackers or wheat thins.
3) use any extra tuna fish as a dip for wheat thins.
