If you don't play well HU then you could push all-in with any of the top 30-40% of hands I guess.
If you are the small blind, then you act first PF and last on the flop, you can just call with anything as you are getting 2:1.
If you are the BB, you act first on the flop, so you will want to raise with good hands to take control of the betting and try to win it PF.
