Sounds like the delears here are making their own rules up as they go along. I don't think you should play unless that's the only place in the area... and if so, I think you should be more aggressive when things like this go down.
You definitely deserve to give the dealer the all-time biggest nut-kick of his life since he dealt after telling YOU to get the floor for him. What an a-hole!!!! This would have sent me ragin'.
As a last resort... you should write a letter to the management and complain about the poor quality of service and drop the dealer's name and the floor's name. It might not lead to anything... but it will give you some satisfaction if it does.
